Visitation Schedule

In-person, non-contact visitation

​All parent/guardian JJC visitation must be scheduled in advance by calling 630-406-7480.

Visitors are subject to security screening and must have a valid photo ID.​

Sunday/Thanksgiving/Christmas)

11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Tuesday

2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Thursday

5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
8:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Video (Microsoft Teams) visit schedules

Microsoft Teams visitation is offered three (3) days per week and on all court holidays other than Thanksgiving and Christmas, when in-person visitation is offered.  Video visits are for fifteen (15) minutes.  Approved family members and other visitors wanting to meet with a resident remotely are required to contact a JJC Supervisor at 630-406-7480 to schedule an appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, the visitor will be asked to send a video conferencing invitation to controlroomjjc@16thcircuit.illinoiscourts.gov.​​

Release Information

Minors will only be released to their parent or legal guardian unless a court order states differently. Minors will not be released to non-law enforcement individuals between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.​
